Our Property

Views and ambiance cannot be beat at this town home and office of New York Times Bestselling Author Greg Iles. Overlooking the mighty Mississippi River on the bluff of downtown Natchez, Edelweiss was built in 1883 and is the best example of Swiss chalet architecture in Mississippi.  Renovations to the historic property began in 2008, and the house now offers a luxurious master suite, Viking appliance kitchen, and wrap-around porch with rocking chairs.

Edelweiss contains four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths.  The master suite is on the top floor and features a king bed and widescreen HD television.  The master bathroom has a separate toilet area with double vanities, a Whirlpool tub with room for two, and a state-of-the-art shower with bodysprays and double showerheads.  Also on the top floor is a private balcony and a bedroom with a twin bed.

On the main floor of Edelweiss you will find the dining room which seats eight, a living room with ample seating and a widescreen HD television, a full kitchen with a smart TV, and an office with a large desk and seating area.

The ground floor houses two bedrooms, a full bath, an additional dining area, and a laundry room.  The queen bedroom and full bedroom offer private seating areas and ample space.  The bathroom boasts a luxurious step-in shower with multiple bodysprays.

Edelweiss is equipped with all of the modern conveniences, including a coffee maker, hairdryer, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, cable television, and central A/C.  This is a non-smoking environment.  No parties allowed.
